Diplomas are mailed to the home address (via priority mail) of all graduates approximately four weeks after the ceremony. Diplomas are mailed to the home address (via priority mail) approximately three weeks after degree conferral. Transcripts

The official transcript is the University’s official statement of your academic record. It lists all courses completed and all grades earned, as well as the semester in which they were received. The official transcript also contains notations of distinctions, minors, options, and degrees received. The official transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and contains the University seal and signature of the University registrar. For associate, baccalaureate, and graduate students, the degree conferral statements are recorded to the transcript as follows:

  • For summer graduates — third Friday of August
  • For fall graduates — first Tuesday of January
  • For spring graduates — Monday after commencement
