Penn State York Benefiting THON is joining with the American Red Cross for a blood drive on Wednesday, Jan. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Precision Custom Components (PCC) Community Room in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center on campus. The blood drive is open to the public.

Penn State York has once again partnered with Fox 43 and the American Red Cross for a Community Blood Drive set for Thursday, Aug. 29 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at the campus.
Penn State York, Fox43, and the American Red Cross have teamed up for a community blood drive from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, at the York campus. This is the third year for the blood drive and last year, Josh Wolgamuth, a Penn State York student majoring in biology, was happy to bleed for a good cause.
Don Graham, York business leader, philanthropist, and longtime supporter of Penn State York, has made a major gift to advance entrepreneurship and economic development at the campus and in the community. Graham’s gift will provide a dedicated building on campus for The Graham Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies (The Graham Center), which his support helped to found in 2013.
Never too busy for a good cause, Lieutenant Bob Lehman, Police and Public Safety Department at Penn State York, took a few minutes out of his schedule to make a donation. The need for blood donations is critical, and members of the campus and community helped to make a difference.
