The first round of the 2021 Penn State Women in Engineering (WE) Design Competition has kicked off with an online quiz bowl, open now until Friday, Sept. 24.
Mohamed ElSonbaty, an electrical engineering major from Cairo, Egypt, performs lab work at Penn State York. ElSonbaty will move on to University Park to complete his degree as part of the 2+2 program. Penn State York offers a four-year degree in electro-mechanical engineering technology, and associate degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering technology that can be completed without leaving York. The campus will offer a review course in fall 2017 for the Fundamentals for Engineering exam.
