Penn State York is offering the Director's Credential Program, a series of three virtual courses toward becoming an Early Childhood Education director, via Zoom this summer.
Xiomara N. Larkin, center, who served as the Student Government Association president at Penn State York, was recognized with the Student Leadership Award for her work on campus to motivate student organizations and provide support. Braden Reese De Mesa De Leon was honored for the impact she has made on students and was named Tutor of the Year. She works with the Nittany Success Center on campus to help students who may be struggling with classes or just want to perform better.
Srishti Singh, a Penn State York student from York, Pennsylvania, right, was recognized for her efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and was named the recipient of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Student Award for 2023. The Nittany Lion joined her in accepting the award.
