Are you stressed out by working virtually? Do you feel that you are not being heard? Are you finding it more difficult to connect with others, which may be causing friction in the workplace? Do you fear that those relationships may not be the same when you return to the workplace?
If the answer to any of the questions above is “yes,” this workshop will help you to better cope with stressors and identify ways to make your in-person and virtual workplace more manageable.
You’ll take part in experiential exercises to enhance or increase your understanding of positive outcomes from conflict and will finish the workshop ready to:
- Develop a plan to deal with conflict.
- Identify what style you and others use to deal with these situations.
- Learn communication skills that will preserve relationships.
- Provide feedback in a constructive manner to others.
