Mary Richardson offered information at the Harrisburg Pride event in July, promoting Bindr, a dating app that is all-inclusive with a focus on those who might not feel welcome or represented on other dating apps. Reaching the LGBTQIA+ community is important to her, she said.

The all-inclusive app was the brainchild of Richardson, a Penn State York student-entrepreneur, who worked with Teller, who runs a software company in York. The co-creators of the app met with Lehman, director of the York LaunchBox and the Graham Center for Innovation and Collaboration, to get connected to free resources for entrepreneurs offered through Penn State.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the topic of a free presentation sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Penn State York.  S. Shyam Sundar's is the featured speaker for the presentation, "Artifical Intelligence (AI): A Human-Centered and Socially Responsible Approach," set for August 29 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
