The Graham Center for Innovation and Collaboration broke ground in 2019 and serves as a home for the Graham Fellows Program for Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Center for Inclusive Leadership.

Christiansen addressed students visiting Penn State York from the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) for the 2023 HACC Fall Symposium, where they participated in an interview prep workshop and heard from a panel of Penn State students about their experience in the Future Business Leaders of America Collegiate organization.
