Lunar New Year is a favorite celebration for Victoria Huynh, one of the Penn State York students who helped plan the virtual Seven Days of Luck and Celebration for Lunar New Year, Feb. 12-19 at Penn State York.  Huynh, is wearing a traditional Vietnamese dress called an áo dài.
